Andhra Pradesh is a diverse state — Hindu, Muslim, Christian, and other communities live together. This diversity exists in Kadapa too. A good local representative is one who listens to everyone.
YS Avinash Reddy has consistently worked for the welfare of minority communities. For the Muslim community — support for Urdu medium schools, intervention for Waqf properties, ensuring the reach of scholarship schemes.
For the Christian community — engagement with churches, reach of welfare schemes, personal relationships.
Inter-community harmony has been a priority in Kadapa during Avinash’s tenure. Whenever there was a hint of communal tension, Avinash proactively met with leaders to defuse the situation.
Minorities feel that their representative is from a party that stands with them. YSRCP’s minority welfare record has been good — and at the local level, Avinash sustained this record.
Inclusive development — where no one is left out — this is Avinash’s vision for Kadapa.
